Vision: What it looks like when it’s real, specific enough to tell a stranger.
Purpose: Why anyone should care, said in one breath.
Mission: What you promise, to whom, by when.

Then the building: Your Job. Your Practice. Your Business. Your Enterprise.

A session is a conversation, spoken or written, for as long as you have. The facilitator asks and listens.

It will not give you answers.

Push, and it tells you why: if I gave you the answer, it wouldn’t be yours.

You leave with it written down.
